Learn about our seSSIONS

  • Our Junior Sessions are a fun way for young people to build their confidence and skills in Netball. Our hour long classes consist of skill drills, netball based games and on court play.

Sessions are suitable for all abilities, including total beginners from School Year 6+.

  • Back to Netball is a great way for adults to start enjoying the game of netball after a break. Its suitable for all ages and abilities and is a fun way to improve your fitness outside of the gym.

Sessions consist of netball based games, skill development and court play. All aimed at improving your game and giving you more confidence on the court.

  • All the fun and competitiveness but adapted for players who may have limitations preventing them from playing the full speed version of the game. No running or jumping means people with joint problems, limited fitness or recovering from injury can still take part.

A fantastic way to improve your fitness, mobility and mental health outside of the gym.

  • A slower version of walking netball, we use lower posts and soft balls to make it suitable for older players.

We enjoy a cup of tea and biscuits afterwards to swap team talk.

  • A day holiday Camp for children, boys and girls, from school year 6+ to be active through netball based fun.

During school holidays these camps provide a fun, social and active environment for young people to improve their netball and teamwork skills.

    Mary

  • Sam and Laura are skilled at what they do - creating a welcoming, relaxed and fun environment in which to acquire new skills (or enhance existing ones) and to improve fitness.

    Liz

  • I missed the first three sessions because I felt that at 76 I would be considered too old, but I plucked up courage and emailed Laura for advice. She encouraged me to try it and I’m so glad I did. I absolutely love it.
